| Repository Admin | A user with the permission 'Repository Admin' is allowed to modify all action items. |
| Role Repository Manager | A user with the role 'Repository Manager' is allowed to modify all action items. |
| Role Action Item Manager | A user with the role 'Action Item Manager' is allowed to modify all action items. |
| Role Project Manager | A user with the role 'Action Item Manager' is allowed to modify all action items. The permission for this role will be removed in future versions of RePoSyD. |
| Action Item Owner | The owner of an action item can modify all properties of the respective action item. |
| Action Item Responsible | A user responsible for the action item can modify all properties of the respective action item. In future versions of RePoSyD, project-specific settings may restrict editing so that the responsible user can only edit the status, degree of completion, and work log. |
All users with the privilege to modify action items, can change the responsibility.

| ID | Project unique ID assigned by RePoSyD. The prefix can be changed in the project settings. |
| Title | Summary of the action item. |
| Priority | Determines the priority (processing speed) with which the action item should be implemented. |
| Asigned To | The team member responsible for implementing the action item. |
| Source | Information about for source of the action item. |
| Due Date | The date by which the action item is to be implemented. |
| Start Date | The date on which the implementation of the measure began. Set automatically when the status ‘not started’ is changed to another status. |
| Degree of Completion | Indication regarding the degree of completion. |
| Description | Detailed description of the action item. |
Permissions
Creating an Action Item
All users with write access to the current project are allowed to create new action items.
Work Log
An action can be created by any team member and, if necessary, assigned to other team members. The creator of an action can change the properties of an action they have created at any time. In contrast, the responsible team member, if he is not the creator, can only edit the status and degree of completion.
