The RePoSyD workbook has been added to this wiki to describe the capabilities and functions of RePoSyD using a process model and use cases and to create an understanding of the holistic use of RePoSyD.
Note The work is not yet complete, but it already provides an initial overview.
Work on restructuring the manual has begun. The contents of the ‘Application’ chapter are now based on the menu structure of the application and will be activated step by step.
Projects can be exported and imported using the Repository Manager services.
The user account properties have been expanded to store additional information such as the organization, department, or additional phone numbers.
AD account replication is available to update defined properties of the user accounts.
The results of a quality gate are sorted by default according to the number of the design data object.
Performance monitoring has been revised.
The views for action tracking in Project Management and Multi Project Management now offer comprehensive filter functions. Further information can be found in the manual under Search Action Items.
With the send button of an action item in the overview , you can create an email to the person responsible for the action item . The title and description of the action item are automatically transferred to the email.
The view for change requests has been expanded to include a table view and carousel view. Further information can be found in the manual under Change Requests.
The change requests displayed in the table view and in the Kanban view can be exported as a CSV file.
The dashboard provides an overview of all change requests and information about their processing times.
The Excel/CSV import has been revised and now allows you to create and update design data objects. With the import rule ‘Update or Create’, you can define a filter condition that can be used to search for objects to update.
The info dialogs for displaying the progress of generating design documents and minutes of meetings now offer the option of displaying a preview for PDF documents.
Click on the Open action to open the PDF preview.
Use the key combination CTRL+F to open the search function and search for various terms within the document. Use the Pg Up and Pg Down keys or the cursor keys to scroll back and forth in the preview.
Attachments can now be assigned to individual topics.
The output of the minutes is now controlled via Report Script, allowing the output to be customized to individual needs.
With the new topic type ‘Conclusion’, information can be highlighted and summarized in printouts, for example, without the topics being sorted accordingly.
Projects can be exported and imported as JSON files. The import checks the schema versions of the import against those of the server. The imported project is created with the project's UUID in the export file. User accounts that exist in the export file but do not yet exist on the server are created automatically. Existing accounts are not overwritten.
The properties of user accounts have been extended for Active Directory account replication, and additional information such as department, business and mobile phone numbers, or display name can be entered.
The overview of all user accounts has been completely redesigned. The displayed email address and phone number can be clicked on to open the email client or phone application, if configured.
The menu item Reload in the page menu has been replace by the button Reload in the page toolbar.
The column is always displayed in the default view and can be hidden if necessary. Issue 408.
