Verification Management

Test Matrix
The test matrix defines the verification for each individual requirement and is typically created during the development of the requirements. At this point, it defines the acceptance criteria, the type of test method, and the scope of the test as a type or individual test.
In the subsequent phases of system development, the test steps, preconditions for execution, and necessary safety measures for the test are then described, depending on the defined solution.
Acceptance Test
Acceptance tests define the test level for the formal acceptance of a system and can include all requirements assigned to the system or a selection of requirements appropriate to the test level.
