====== Meeting ======

In the 'Meeting' tab of the Meeting Editor, you can edit the information about the meeting and the list of participants. The following tables describe the properties that can be edited for a meeting.

|Number |Sequence number of the meeting. The number cannot be changed if it was generated by the number generator. |
|Title |Title of the meeting |
|Start of the Meeting |Start date and time of the meeting. |
|End of the Meeting |End date and time of the meeting. |
|Meeting Location |Meeting location, e.g. R101 or Teams Meeting. |
|Language |Determines the language for the report generator. |
|Author |Text field for free entry of the author. The default setting is the name of the user who created the log. |

|Description |Brief description of the meeting purpose. |

|Present |Indicates whether the participant was present at the meeting or not. Used in particular for recurring meetings with a fixed group of participants. |

=== Adding a Participant ===

Click on the button in the top right-hand corner of the participant list to open the search field and enter the name of the participant. The editor searches for suitable names in the list of team members and contacts and click on the entry to add it as a participant. A new participant is automatically added to the [[..:c04:start|distribution list]] of the protocol.
Alternatively, you can create a user-defined participant by clicking on the + button and enter the required data manually
The type of participant (team member, contact, user-defined) is indicated by the symbol in front of the surname. Use the tool tip of the symbol to display the type in text form.
=== Editing a Participant ===
Entries for participants of the type team member or contact cannot be edited in the list as the data is taken from the respective profile. To change the surname of a user-defined participant, for example, click on the corresponding cell in the table and an input dialog will open. You can accept the changes with OK or discard them with Cancel.

To remove a participant from the list, you must click on the Trash button at the beginning of the row to delete a participant.
